The Starters & Professors!

• Regardless of who you choose to ally yourself with and what class you start off as, everyone will have the option to choose two types they would be interested in having for a starter. For example; Grass or Water. There will be a randomly generated list of Pokémon -- five, to be exact -- that you can choose from that will be of that type.
• As stated above, choosing Grass or Water could get you a 1:4 ratio, 2:3 ratio, or even a 5:0 ratio.
• Starters do have a chance of being shiny.
• However, you will not be able to start off with a Dragon-type.
• You can choose to start off with a Grass- or Fairy-type, but keep in mind: the environment is hazardous to them above ground, so they will become sickly after a while, and will not do well in battle. Unless you're prepared to be using Potions every other battle with them, and buy a lot of Antidotes, I would not recommend choosing one of these two types as a starter.

The Professors

Professor Jennifer

Call her Jen if you want to keep your limbs in tact.
Generally feisty, she is not one to be trifled with. She's the youngest of the Professors, but the general population doesn't even know who she is, and she'd like to keep it that way. She can be moody at times, so you're better off just going along with whatever her mood is.
She will only be there for people who wish to associate themselves with The Trio, found in The Dripping Cauldron.


Professors Becky & Benjamin

Becky and Ben are brother and sister. Despite their relation, they couldn't be more different. Both are friendly and intelligent, but that's about where the similarities end. Becky is quiet and does most of the work, and Ben can usually be caught lounging around, reading old magazines that he attempts to hide behind more important-looking books. He will gladly talk someone's ear off, and is a bit obnoxious. Becky, on the other hand, prefers to get things done as quickly as possible, and is very soft-spoken.
These two will be there for anyone besides those with The Trio.
