This place is very different than the main laboratory. It is close to the surface as well, but only accessible through the outskirts of The Underground. The path leading up to it is riddled with cobwebs and next to no light. The lab itself is down a small flight of stairs, in the middle of what appears to be a circular room. There is the noise of something dripping, and the only light comes from a few Litwick placed around the edges of the room, and a single Chandelure hovering near the center. There's a lack of official equipment here, and it mostly looks like low-budget equipment. But, when you're trying to hide something, you don't exactly want to bring shiny, fancy things in to show off.
