Pokémon not seen in the wild in Varosha
Due to the toxic air that is now over most of Varosha, Fairy-types do not fend well. The Fairy-types who were there initially found refuge elsewhere; with the help of Mewtwo, they are no longer there. A few came to him for aid after getting sick and after a number had died due to the toxic air. Fairy-types do not do well with poison; this is not restricted to just Pokémon typings. General toxicity from other things affects them, too. The only exception to this rule are Mawile, whose dual-typing make them immune to the toxic air.
Grass-types who are not dual-type Poison or Steel are also fairly scarce. They are found in remote areas.
Ghost-types
Most of the Ghost-types of Varosha are humans that died during Mewtwo's rampage. Most are in denial about their existence, convinced they are just living in a nightmare. Others, however, have grudges against people because they were murdered by another human. Others still acknowledge their fate and have a grudge against Mewtwo for what they have become, and will gladly befriend and even join a human on their journey to seek out Mewtwo and make him pay for what has happened. However, there are some that have always been Ghost-types, having been there before everything went to hell. The one common factor among Ghost-types is this: Be wary of them, as their intentions are always malicious, whether it be toward humans, other Pokémon, or in general. Younger (or unevolved) Ghost-types are assumed to be children that died; Pumpkaboo, Gastly, Yamask, etc. The older (evolved, stronger) Ghost-types are assumed to be adults.
Psychic-types
Unevolved Psychic-types have limited communication with humans. They are unable to converse clearly, and must rely on visions of strong feelings to communicate. As they get older, more mature, and evolve, most will gain the ability to understand human speech, jokes, and so on, and be able to communicate telepathically. However, this does not happen as soon as an evolution happens. It's a constant work in progress. Evolving only helps them understand.
Special Pokémon
Riolu and Lucario, although not psychic-types, are able to communicate with their aura. Their personalities will vary as much as the number of races there are for humans. Some will be happy and cheerful, others sassy and unwilling to listen. Others yet can have ill intentions, to the extent of causing severe injury to humans and Pokémon alike, possibly even death. Riolu are considerably easier to read, as they can't hide their aura as easily, but if you encounter a wild Lucario, proceed with caution, as they are masters at disguising their aura.
General
As it's been stated elsewhere, most of the Pokémon in Varosha are hostile. Their level of hostility varies, however and of course, there are a select few who are not. Most blame the humans for what led to the destruction of their once-peaceful home, and although the people of Varosh had no part in it, most are not intelligent enough to comprehend that. Psychic-types will generally be more understanding and friendly. Some of the more stubborn types will include Dark- and Poison-types. Normal- and Ground-types seem to be more neutral. The others are in the air and are diverse in their demeanor as a whole.
Also, as with the games and most any other site, shinies are a possibility here. They are not going to be a common find, though. The chances of running into one are going to be very slim.
